Cindy Berman is writing a book on leadership and wellbeing in the public & not-for-profit sector. She a specialist in human rights, international development, modern slavery, labour rights, gender equality, migration and social inclusion. She has worked in international and multilateral bodies; national government, with companies, trade unions, philanthropic organisations, large and small civil society organisations and academic institutions. She has extensive global experience, particularly in Africa and Asia, in poor and middle-income countries and emerging economies, as well as in fragile and conflict affected states. Her skills include high-level policy engagement; strategy and organisational development; complex programme delivery; multi-stakeholder engagement; monitoring and evaluation.
